Never Home Alone: From Microbes to Millipedes, Camel Crickets, and Honeybees, the Natural History of Where We Live by Rob Dunn

4.0

I loved this book and the last chapter in particular.
What an interesting time for this book to have come into my life. I have never spent so much time inside my own home, and it has been such a joy to read about all of the biodiversity that lives with me.
This book was fun to read (although a bit itchy at times), and I learned so much! I sometimes think I should’ve been a scientist, and this book has me making plans and saying, “it’s not too late!”
I am also inspired to make some changes in my home. For example, every spider gets to go about his business unbothered from now on. I would recommend this book!
