Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid
3.0
I enjoyed Evelyn Hugo so much I assumed I would enjoy this one just about the same.
Sadly this book just didn't do it for me. While I did find it interesting and informative, the plot twist kind of ruined it for me. I was expecting a BANG of a plot twist and instead, we got a mediocre twist.
I also didn't really like any of the characters, not sure if it was written as such. I didn't really like the way the band acted...with that said it was the 70's and I am sure it is historically accurate.
I just didn't get into this book the way others did. Now with that said I do understand the hype surrounding this novel. I think that for most people it would suit them perfectly, It just wasn't as good and flowing as I was expecting.
