A Note of Change by Nichole Van, Annette Lyon, Esther Hatch

Waiting for the Post by Esther Hatch: Cute novella. It's fairly predictable, but the play between the characters is cute and well done. There's humor and romance in this story about two childhood friends from different stations of life who have always cared for the other but never felt comfortable expressing that attraction until it's almost too late after life's situations bring them back together to reconnect after 6 years apart. I would've loved to see more development of the story line, but it was still well done for a novella.

A Ring of Gold by Nichole Van: A fun novella, with the set-up being two writers from different countries (England and Scotland) who are predicted to fall in love with each other, so that when the female author arrives in the Scottish countryside, things take a turn and she ends up falling in love with someone else! I really enjoyed the banter and interactions between Viola and the Scottish farmer, though I wasn't ready for it to play out the way it did. I didn't predict that after the first couple chapters, so it was a fun surprise when the two character connected and then we see their love story develop.

A Rose by Any Other Name by Annette Lyon: A cute novella, with the title being worked really well in to the characters and the story line. I felt like this one was a bit forced in the story line and the magical happily-ever-after ending, but it was still cute and clean and entertaining.

Overall, a fun anthology, very fast read, clean, cute and entertaining.
