Head Over Heels by Karla Sorensen

“Claustrophobic?”
“Just have your average aversion to being stuck in a giant metal tube suspended a few floors over the ground.”
I am forever in love with the Wilder family. Tim and Sheila are perfect parents and I’ve enjoyed every Wilder’s story but Cameron may be my new favorite.

Cameron Wilder is the dependable, local Wilder. He is always stepping up to help his parents and especially now with his father being sick he is always around. Ivy Lynch is an only child who has been told who she would marry from the age of 15 in order to help strengthen her father’s business but has finally realized she cannot get married to someone she doesn’t love.

Cameron and Ivy meet in an elevator and get stuck for over an hour. The two have an instant connection but never expect to see each other again until one day Ivy shows up in Sisters, Oregon where Cameron works. She is there to sell a house and leave but she ends up finding so much more.

Ivy is a no nonsense woman who is determined to do what she is there to do and nothing more. While Cameron is determined to get to know Ivy and break down her walls.
“I like your sharp edges.”“Even if you cut yourself on them?” “Do I look hurt to you?”

I love how quickly the Wilder Family (minus Ian) accepts Ivy into their family. This was such a great Wilder story and having all the kids in one place was great. I had a feeling I knew what was going to happen at the end but gosh it still broke my heart. Absolutely love this family.

“We need to remember these things, you know. All of a sudden, the little moments become big ones, and we don’t always know when that will happen.”
Thank you @karla_sorensen and @wildfiremarketingsolutions for the ARC!
