An incredible debut release by Landyn Hill. I was hooked from start to finish on this dark and emotional small town romance.
Stetson is one bad a$$ boss woman that has been through hell and back. When she returns home to take over the ranch she was left, Gus, the man that's been stalking her for years, steps up to help. To say that man was obsessed is an understatement and I'm not mad about it one bit. Her darkness and his obsession wit her made for an explosive relationship between these two damaged individuals.
I loved the twist that the FMC was the one with the dark and kinky side, and Gus was all too happy to indulge her. The hate love relationship between Stetson and Gus, intriguing suspense, all the emotions, and character growth from both was written so well and I can't wait to see what Landyn Hill has in store for book two. I'm hoping to get more from Stetson & Gus as this series develops.
