I won this in a Goodreads giveaway! This book is going to stay with me for a while. Parts of it really hit me hard because I can remember being a new mom and feeling isolated and full of anxiety. Liz is a doctor working in the ER when her friend Jess comes in with her baby. The story that Jess tells seems fishy to Liz and she is put in a difficult position. The mystery of what happened to baby Betsy and why will definitely pull you in. The story is told from several viewpoints and there are a few flashbacks. It was very well done and easy to follow. There are many triggering things that could be disturbing to moms, but I also feel that the type of postpartum depression/anxiety discussed in the book is something that everyone should read about and be aware of.
