The Hound of the Baskervilles by Arthur Conan Doyle
3.0
A detective-classic with a very high gotic-feel. Remarquably the main character in this novel is Holmes' assistant Watson. The underlying story is that of science versus superstition, and even über-rationalist Holmes appears to be stricken by doubt, he makes use of intuition, speculation and imagination.
