Houseboat on the Nile by Tinnean

4.0

3.5 Starts I don't know why but it seems a lot of the books I have read lately, in series, don't finish the story in the book but requires you to read the next to find out how it ends; more like serials than series. This book, unfortunately, falls into this same category. However, I found myself not minding as much. Though I was a little thrown by the structure of the book with the repetitive view points and felt some of it was redundant, the banter between Mark and Quinn was entertaining and the sex hot. I was slightly disturbed by Mark's job in "canceling" people and how casually he treated it. Quinn even questioned
SpoilerShaw's death and Mark's involvement in it
. I wonder how it will play out when or if he finds out the extent. I'm looking forward to reading the next book to see how their relationship progresses.
