What a unique plot. I have never read or heard of a story similar to this one.
I loved how this was staged. A ghost writer who thinks the original writer is faking her paralysis. A manuscript that makes the original writer sound like a psychopath. A rocky past. I can’t decide if the original author is just really good at writing or a psychopath. I feel like she’s a psychopath, but I don’t know. I wish the ending was slower. I don’t like how Jeremy just kills Verity on spot. It was so quick. I get that the letter is supposed to 180 a-ha moment but I wish the turn around time between the two was slower or written differently.
Graphic: Injury/Injury detail, Body horror, Infidelity, Mental illness, Toxic relationship, Grief, Pregnancy, Murder, Death, Blood, and Child death
