Thank you to Wildfire Marketing Solutions for sending me an ebook Advanced Readers Copy for me to read and leave an honest review.

I'll Kiss You Twice is the second book in Willow's Shame On You series, the point in which I have also jumped into this series. Although I have yet to read book one, I was able to jump in at this point with ease and pick up on the general goings on of the characters and the story at present.

Having jumped in, in the past at the end or near the end of Willow's other books in a series, she's very brilliant in the skill of getting you up to speed if--like me--you're reading out of sequence. Not on purpose, I must add. I don't feel like I've missed a trick when jumping in mid-late way through this series, so fear not, dear readers, if you jump in here you're only one book back to catch up on!

Once I started reading this book, I simply couldn't put it down. I picked it up in the latter part of the evening and read into the early hours until I had finished it. To me, that's the mark of an exceptional book of any length, if it can be read in one night. Not rushed. Just, read. It's been a long time since I've done that, so well done to Willow for crafting a super-engaging story!

As a reader and lover of all things dark romance, I'll Kiss You Twice was high up there in expectation. Some novels are written so similarly and have very little in terms of plot and how they differ from one another, but this wasn't the case here. Willow among the many reasons we love her and her work for, is fantastic at creating the perfect level of darkness mixed with tension, spice and romance. Yes, the situation here is not ideal in the real world but that's why we escape to books, it's a whole new world where we can read all dark, intense we like. And the Cross brothers certainly are a dark bunch, as is their lifestyle.

I'll Kiss You Twice blew me away. It truly showcases the best of Willow, the darkest of circumstances, and a cliffhanger I'm for once not mad at. For someone who doesn't like them usually, I'm keen to pick up the next book to see where things are going next.

Bring on book three!
