Ania Ahlborn never disappoints, however, I have SO many questions and was left wanting so much more from Seed.

I read a lot of extreme horror and thrillers, and very few make me feel as uncomfortable as this one did. Maybe that's because I have children around the same age as Abby and Charlie who say creepy shit all the time, but regardless, this book spooked the heck out of me.

An unreliable MC, scary kids, beautiful descriptions of New Orleans and its general vibe (one of my favorite places in the world) and a little bit of "hey there demon, it's me, ya boy", Seed was an engaging read with some horrific details that I won't soon forget.
