If you like character driven books, you might like this one. I know some people were expecting more of a thriller, however, it felt more like a character study. I will say I was the flashbacks and plot were a little more linear because there is quite a bit of jumping around. I did love Lex as a character and wanting to know more about her and her experiences kept the book interesting for me.
