I enjoyed reading this book even more than Robb's. His enthusiasm is contagious and these lifestyle changes do seem manageable. granted I am only 21 days into it, and feeling healthier than I have felt in years. I will be re-reading this book for continued inspiration. Which is quite something as I have only ever re-read 2 other books before
