Preacher, Book 3 by Garth Ennis

3.0

Really wasn’t a fan of the opening series to this one. The origin story of the Saint of Killers was a nice one to know but a bit dull and the script ran that same old-timey way that crimson pirate did Watchmen Omnibus. Just makes for tedious and hard to read stuff. The novel picked up midway through with the return of Arseface and then a slightly mediocre end in a voodoo themed edition. Did enjoy the intro of some tension between the group with Cass’s admissions and look forward to seeing how the love triangle turns out.
