This book is why I started this series. I will be finishing it out as there's only one left and they all rated at least 4 stars.
My favorite of the series, but I'm a real sucker for the single dad trope. It helps that Cutler "Beefcake" Heart is the cutest kid ever written and has helped all of his uncles connect with their ladies through the series. This HEA was just as much about him as Nash.
Nash is very lovable. He's a solid guy who keeps his circle small and does everything he can for his son.
Emerson is a small-town girl who moved to the big city and became a pediatric doctor. Her life fell apart at the end of her residency and she took the job in Magnolia Falls as a weigh station on her way to a fresh start. She ended up renting the house next to the Heart boys.
So wonderful. Dual POV.
