The Perfect Mother by Aimee Molloy
4.0
It's been a while since I devoured a book in a day and a half, but this one kept me guessing until the very end, thus making it worth losing sleep over. The author has a masterful use of narration and gave us just enough information to keep us guessing. At first it was a little difficult to keep track of which May Mother was which, but that didn't keep me from loving the book. I related to the idea of making friends with a group of women based solely on the fact that you gave birth around the same time. I recognized myself and other moms in some of these women, which made it an even more interesting read. I found the prologue a bit unrealistic, but I won't go into details since I don't want to give anything away. Great, quick, engaging summer read.
