Okay… so… this book/ probably the whole series has taken over my brain! I am obsessed!
The mixture of thriller and romance was the perfect amount for me and I just needed to know the answers.
I thought the flashbacks were very cleverly done and timed throughout the book so that the twists and reveals fell in the right places.
I love Michael and Rika as main characters and was rooting for them the whole way even if I would hate Michael in real life 😂 I wrote in my notes whilst reading… How can I not like someone but also absolutely adore him ❤️
I really liked the dual pov as I feel it added depth to Michael which may have been missed if it had only been told from Rika’s POV.
Of course, I have to mention Kai, Will and Damon. I love Kai so much and can’t wait to read his book. I’m sure you can guess my opinion on Damon 😂 I feel like there was enough about each one to give them depth but also so much left unsaid to find out throughout the series.
If you love revenge, suspense, thrillers, dark romance GO READ THIS!!!!
