Crocodile Tears is a mix of fast and medium paced and has a very interesting, action packed and fast flowing story. In a entertaining way I enjoyed the scare tactics MI6 used with the reporter, clearly would be very effective even in real life.
The plant elements were very interesting and integrated well, some parts were predictable but not in a bad way. I really like the Scottish setting and additions incorporated in the story.
As always there are adult themes but written in such a way that would be digestible to teenage readers.
