I nearly dnf’d when Ryder first describes what Eden looked like; yes, it was that bad. But I kept reading, and I’m glad I did. The overall book was better than what I would have judged it for in that moment.

This was a sweet romance that reminded me of Enjoying the Chase by Kirsty Moseley, one of my og fave romance books. I love a man who is sweet with the younger kid that means the world to the female main character!

Overall— enjoyable, but there were definitely some plot points that could have been done better and followed through with.
