Food Rules: An Eater's Manual by Michael Pollan

I loved this book for it's simplicity. You can just pick it up and read a couple of the rules and think about it and enjoy. I think he got a few of them wrong, but it is a great tool for getting people to think about what they eat and remember a few things when they are choosing food to eat. I love Michael Pollan and this is just as good as his others and in an easy to understand and digest format!!
