This book was so emotional! It doesnโ€™t add much in terms of story, because itโ€™s basically everything that happened in the two previous books but in Lilyโ€™s and Loโ€™s pov. Still, it was such an interesting book.

For me, itโ€™s with this book that we finally start to see Lily and Lo recovering. We still have a few fallouts, but itโ€™s the first time where it happens and I feel like the characters are devastated because they failed. Itโ€™s the first time where I see them both want to get better, want to be better. It made my heart so full and happy to see this evolution.

Being in Loโ€™s head also made me understand a little bit better what he felt towards Ryke in the last book. It was something that made struggle with โ€˜Hothouse Flowerโ€™ because it felt he didnโ€™t want Ryke to be happy, but now I understand his intentions in saying what he said and the battle that was in his head.

Iโ€™m so happy that Lily is getting stronger. She is talking more, she is more at ease and she is happy which is what she deserves.

The end of this book brought a challenge and one side of the coin that even I didnโ€™t think about. I can already predict that it wonโ€™t be easy for any of the characters involved, but it also left me excited for the last Lily and Loโ€™s book.
