Maybe this is one best read and not listened to. I was put off my the MC’s constant OCD like repeating herself. Audibly it just didn’t work for me. Plus there is a scratching sound that I’m not sure what it is… maybe scratching out something in her journal? The entire thing is internal dialogue with some plot and action. The last few chapters gave me enough to want to continue to the second book in hopes that it gets better. I was fairly underwhelmed though.
