Wow.
This started off slow... it took me a while to understand the worlds - they are SO INTERESTING! And just like that, I was all in! I just kind of sat back and enjoyed the ride; it's quite a fascinating story. Mythology-Magic-Futuristic Tech-Ancients. It's incredible that all this could be loaded into the one story and make sense but they did and it's awesome.
Slightly heartbroken that I've read this so early because it's such a long wait now for the sequel which I absolutely NEED because CLIFFHANGER! My heart demands answers... I must know what happens next... But the ending was seriously great. It hurts to be left in suspense but I secretly love it (this time.......)
