I love everything to do with Ireland and it’s satire the most. Swift’s a modest proposal was a shocking, heartbreaking short story commenting on the poverty racking the island. Eye-opening and hilarious, this is a short and sweet (more bitter, let’s be real) read everyone should pick up at least once in their life.
