Here's Looking at Euclid: A Surprising Excursion Through the Astonishing World of Math by Alex Bellos

4.0

A light romp through the history of mathematics. I especially enjoyed the beginning, about how different the human perception of numbers can be and has been, across cultures and time. All the etymological tidbits were icing on the cake. Not as mind-blowing as, say, Gödel Escher Bach, but also not as dense or irritating. Just a fan of math demonstrating how fun math can be.
