Dirty Crazy Bad: Book Two by Siobhan Davis

4.0

4.5 stars.
This picked up right where the first book left off, and it was great! I thought the first book was intense, but this was way more intense! The questions I had about Ares’s past were answered, and I was a little shocked that HE didn’t even know. But, wow, these four (Ashley, Ares, Chad, and Jase) were really put through a LOT, especially Chad.

When they were all together, everything seemed like it was going to work out; their plans were falling into place. But were they really one step ahead? Well, there was a big reveal that was so messed up and shocking! Maybe it shouldn’t have been, but I truly did not see it coming.

I loved how Jase was so kind and loving, Chad was a little broken, but healed, and Ares slowly learned to share. They were all protective of Ashley, but she wasn’t weak and could take care of herself.

This was just a great ending to their story, though I do feel like the ending was a little bit rushed. I still enjoyed this and the narrators did an amazing job again! I didn’t always enjoy the female narrator’s voice, because sometimes the different characters she was narrating had an irritating tone. But other than that, they both did a great job bringing the characters to life.
