I am so sad I did not start this series sooner!!!! Although it did take me a bit to get into it, once Fayre was forced to go with Tamlin I was HOOKED!!!

Did I fall for Tamlin at first? Yes. Did I quickly realize he is a carbon copy of Adam from the Shatter me series?! Also yes. Don’t get me wrong, I could tell he did really love her. He just let his love for her turn him into an overbearing person and Feyre couldn’t live like that.

As soon as my baby Rhys came into the scene I knew it was a wrapppppp, that man is just too irresistible *chefs kiss*

I hated how Feyre’s father & sisters treated her and I hope they redeem themselves in the upcoming books.

I also really really loved the “under the mountain” scenes; I know they were supposed to be like horrible and traumatizing for the characters, but i think it really showed the forming of Rhys and Feyre’s relationship as well as Feyre’s leadership characteristics.
