The Coffin Dancer by Jeffery Deaver

dark mysterious fast-paced
  • Plot- or character-driven? Plot
  • Strong character development? No

4.0

This second book was a bit slower than the first, but still very full of tension and suspense. The danger came from a stubborn target and an assassin more than it was of trying to find the killer by a certain time. Stubborn people who know people are trying to kill them and still ignore safety advice always annoy the hell out of me. The plot twist was just as jaw dropping as the first.
