The Memory Box by Eva Lesko Natiello

4.0

The mystery of the plot and the hysteria and panic and terror of the main character Caroline kept me enthralled from beginning to end. I felt sympathetic panic at times and at other times I wanted to shake Caroline and tell her to pull it together.

The mystery at the center of the story is not impossible to figure out. You receive the same clues as Caroline which allows you to make some guesses as to what really happened in her past. Still, the story is twisted and sinister just not altogether unexpected.

This was a fun read with interesting characters and the ending left me with a satisfied smirk.
