 was worried it was going to be over hyped but I enjoyed it the whole time. It have divergent meets how to train your dragon but with characters that I would totally hang out with. I can see how it would be cringy to some people but I genuinely enjoyed the narrative style. The character dynamics were very similar to most you’ll see (by popular demand) but somehow refreshing im comparison. It had great pacing and felt very balanced, well thought out, and well paced. Violet and the rest of the characters are fantastic and compelling and I genuinely feel like even though the cast grew pretty large, it benefited the book. The book had the right kind of subtle representation that makes it feel genuine so that’s a huge plus. As of right now I have no notes. Violet is a badass and I think she could hang.
