It did take me some time to really get invested in the book and found the fmc more annoying but seeing her throughout the story really made me see that she was authentically herself. Jasmine and Ivan are truly soulmates and the way that he knows her is so incredibly precious and wonderful - to be seen is to be seen is to be loved
