i really loved this book. i think JN wants to recreate the atmosphere of her summer when she was a teenager and it sounds like memories. i was in love with the atmosphere of the island, somewhere between friends and adventures and parties. this book shows how love can be complicated sometimes and i really enjoyed it :))
