If feminist revenge fantasy is your fall aesthetic, this is a must read! The Change tells the story of three badass, middle aged, powerful women: Harriet, Jo, and Nessa. Catalyzed by how men have repeatedly wronged each of them, their lives are drawn together by events caused by men’s heinous misdeeds. Each woman’s background is thoroughly explored and each is extremely relatable. I was rooting for all three of them. Harriet is my personal hero, doling out justice via plants & poisons. Highly recommended if you like strong female characters, multiple POV, and justice!
