Fine: A Comic About Gender by Rhea Ewing

uhh, I feel like this is a case of it being my fault for picking it up. It's just interviews about gender in graphic novel form and honestly I found it a little exhausting. I wouldn't say it's bad, just not something I personally needed to read. The whole thing is the author trying to figure out and understand gender, and it's a topic I feel totally burned out by and would actually like to hear less about. I'm sure that's not an uncommon feeling in todays climate. In a lot of ways this is better than other graphic novels about gender, but it's also just more of the same. There was also a notable lack of transmasc representation which was a real bummer.
