The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg

4.0

Some of the info halfway through got a little too anecdotal for me, but overall I learned a lot from this one. I especially enjoyed learning about the tactics retailers such as Target use based on data about customer habits. The same goes for the tactics radio companies use to keep their listeners from changing the station. The bits toward the end about sleep terrors were intriguing as well. I think this book would be useful for anyone looking to shift their mindset about what they do on a regular basis, intentionally or not.
