… I really had such high hopes for this book. I liked The Crimson Moth (which wasn’t perfect but had great promise), but this book was fairly disappointing. The pacing was flawed and both was dragged out and then break-neck rushed at the end. It absolutely should have been 3 books not two, and editors should have done a better job at finding the plot holes and dropped plot points.
