i feel like this is really for the girls who will love you with their whole heart unconditionally but also have boundaries and respect for themselves. she saw what normal mafia marriages look like and was determined that her marriage would have love and she did exactly that. also she never ignored the rumors if anything she knew they were true she didn't care and if anything it made her love him more.
