CWs: war violence, torture

A solid second installment to the trilogy. Though if you're looking for the same amount of steam and interaction between the romantic leads as the first book, you may not be a fan. It's much more plot driven, which is understandable considering we spent 700 pages developing the characters in the first one.

Still, a huge romantic page turner just similar enough to the first book to pull at my heart strings, but different enough to give it an updated spin.
