This book serves as a good introduction bridge to Eastern principles. Cutler's examples of Western science did give concrete proof of the Eastern principles discussed by the Dalai Lama, but these examples often felt over simplified. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my intro and am looking forward to studying these ideas further.
