Cw: OCD, violence

An insightful look into the mind of a young girl living with undiagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder. The book expresses an open and unapologetic perspective, detailing the kinds of scary, consuming and powerful intrusive thoughts and thought patterns characteristic of OCD.
The text feels dated in several ways. The violence from Tara’s mother was left unresolved, which does not feel right.
