An odd one. Looked this one up and it was a serialised set of stories originally. You can tell. Each chapter, or two chapters, forms a short story in itself. These added together progress the Big Four story. The other odd aspect is that it’s not really a mystery story. It’s more like a James Bond story - evil mastermind planning world domination, underground mountain cave lair and Poirot giving a performance that Ian Fleming would be proud of...see You Only Live Twice
