Starting this off by saying I REREAD This Woven Kingdom directly before starting These Infinite Threads. I almost never reread so you know I love this world a lot lol. I was super excited to see that the sequel started up directly after the events of TWK. Since I reread, it was a direct continuation which was nice.
However, I rated this one a bit lower than TWK because I feel like nothing kind of happened?! Like obviously stuff happened but not a lot at all and almost no action in a 400 page story. I do think though the next book (that was JUST announced- yay!!) will be STELLAR and I’m 100% looking forward to it.
Also, I was fully prepared go HATE Cyrus but why am I feeling like I want him to be end game?! He’s so mysterious with the whole devil thing he’s got going on, I’m so curious about it all but he genuinely *seems* to care about our Alizeh whereas Kamran spent most of the first book and beginning of this one despising her and all of the sudden might start feeling for her. So idk, loved Kamran but I’m really feeling Cyrus
