I absolutely adored this new series by Holly Renee!! I'm a big fan of fantasy romance and this story completely captivated me from page one.
Holly Rene created the perfect plot for the perfect world where nothing is as it seems and there is family secrets, twist and turns you don't see coming, magic, prophecies, angst and plenty of lust.
Adara is the Starblessed and she is destined to save a kingdom but this was chosen for her. She feels like a pawn in a game for power. She is betrothed to the crown prince of Citlali , Gavrill. While she has no choice in this, her heart and desires go for the half blood prince Evren.
Evren is dark and mysterious and from the first moments he lays eyes on Adara there is an unstoppable connection between these two. He becomes her protector but he isn't her savior. There is a kingdom to be save and Adara's blood holds the key for this. No body can't be trusted and loyalties will be tested.
The cliffhanger ending left me in shock I need book ASAP. Be prepare for a wild ride.
