Seeing Red by Sandra Brown
5.0

I am so glad that Sandra Brown has retained the magical spark in her writing and has managed to retain her fan base with brilliant thrillers consistently. Most of the authors I grew up with, either I have outgrown them or more so that some have lost that spark in their writing and have lost the charm. Seeing Red is a mild spin off of one of her early novels called Prime Time , an upcoming TV journalist trying to get an interview with a Major and having a son involved. That was also a good romantic story and Seeing Red with the intricately and tightly-woven plot of deception just topped the skies. Kerra and John was portrayed amazingly and even the secondary characters adds to the story. A simple and easy friendship shown between Carson and John evoked humor.
