This book is a hard one to rate. It falls on the friendlier side of extreme lit and explores some genuinely Interesting ideas in art and gender dynamics but I left it feeling like the plot didn’t have a true climax and kind of just ended. I think that was intentional and part of the message but it left me wanting. This review may need to be adjusted after I’ve sat with it longer.
