Wonder Woman: Warbringer
by Leigh Bardugo
I was pretty late to the excitement for this one. I only added it to my tbr after it was released because I'm not the biggest superhero fan, despite my love for the Wonder Woman movie. But I was so so misguided in my hesitation, because a) Leigh Bardugo and b) young Diana. Honestly, what could go wrong? The answer is absolutely nothing. This was perfect. A diverse cast of super developed, amazing characters, a plot with so many twists and turns I didn't see coming, a massive amount of action, witty dialogue, humour that had me laughing out loud - this literally had it all. I adore everything Leigh does, and I can't believe I ever doubted her; I've learned my lesson, that's for sure. What an incredible ride this was.
