Yes the rating says 5 stars, but being honest, only the last half of the book is 5 stars.
The first half is probably 2.5 stars. The first half was Cinderella themed with the wicked step mother and step (brothers). *they gave me the massive ICK vibe*
I normally don't read the other reviews because I like to gather my own thoughts and opinions, but I agree with most of the lower ones. I don't DNF books, so I had to press on.
The last half was better written and allowed the reader to actually get into the book and begin to enjoy the characters. As noted in the authors note, this is a cliff hanger so you have been warned.
Due to the quality of the last half, I will be attempting to read the next books in the Tempting the Fates Book Series.
