The Resilience Breakthrough: 27 Tools for Turning Adversity Into Action by Christian Moore

informative inspiring reflective relaxing

Wow! I was not truly expecting to love this book as much as I did. I learned so much about resilience and how your ability to want to be more resilient can help you achieve anything that you put your mind to. This was such an easy read not dull one moment. I loved the author’s personal connections. As a school psychologist, it was amazing to see how his resilience helped him overcome his struggles when he has ADHD and learning disabilities. I think educators should read this book and I’m interested to learn more about WhyTry and how that is implemented to teach children skills to be more resilient. I would recommend this book for anyone going through a hard time in their life.
