Missing .25 is cuz of the what will happen afterwards story....also wanted more of the fantasy build up in the story and the idea of this Harbor collecting all this stories from the Starless Sea. Also, I think I didn't feel any visceral feeling other than having a feeling of "wow" when I made connections from reality to stories or from different stories as well. Loved the writing which suited the story too. I am also a sucker for fantasy stories like this.
