In the end I liked this book, but some stuff in this book seemed out of place to me.
I believe these two points made a book a bit bland. The first being that our main character did not have a sort of sidekick who would be left clueless with the reader to all the mystery aka like Captain Hastings was to Hercule Poirot. And Melchoir starts to discuss verbally details of the murder closer to the end.
The other thing which seemed out of place to me the was the sex/porn scene, I do not know how to correctly name it. I have no problems with it, but it really took me out of the story.
Other than everything is good, it was nice to read a story that was set in Tallinn.
